Refund Policy
1. General Policy
Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our service, Alpstream does not offer automatic refunds once a subscription has been activated and credentials delivered.
2. Exceptions
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
• The service was demonstrably non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours after activation.
• A technical error caused duplicate billing on the same account.
• The subscription was purchased in error and credentials have not yet been delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team via WhatsApp or at support@alpstream.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order reference and a clear description of the issue.
4. Processing Time
Approved refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
5. Free Trial
Our CHF 1.99 trial offer is non-refundable. It is priced specifically to allow new users to test the service at minimal cost before committing to a full subscription.
